Marble Christmas Card

If you check my previous posts,  you will see I tried Marabu Marbling Paint.  I used one of those mats I played with and made a Christmas Card.  I had a die from Scrapbooking Made Simple that cut out a design on the mat and it had a matching stamp set.  Backed it with green paper and of course I had to add some bling.

More Marbling and Christmas

Had some more time to attempt marbling with material other than paper.  Picked some multi-media shapes from Michael's and marbled away!

Can't wait to use them on a card!

Here is another Christmas card I worked on.  Had the Martha Stewart branch punch for a long time and finally looked for some way to use it!

Had some Cricut help too!

Marabu Marble Paint

I finally got time to play with my new toy!  Marabu Marble Paint.  I had ordered a special from Scrapbookingmadesimple but I could not wait for it to come in a few months, so I bought a starter set from Amazon.  You need heavy cardstock if you want to use it for cards or scrapbooking.  It also does mdf, glass, candles and so much more.   Here is what I did with Kaisercraft Coloring Pads.  They are postcard weight.

Here are a few I did!  Now I have to decide how to use them as either mats or die cut them.  Too many options!

Triple Layer Card and More!

I have done a triple layer card before but I saw one for a sympathy card and unfortunately I needed one so I gave it a shot.  I am also going to have our local club try one.  Here it is in red.

The only thing I would change is the sentiment should be in black ink.  I think there is too much red.

Here is another simple but I think a smart looking card for a birthday!  Inspired by Pinterest!
I forget about the embossing folders I have.  They really make a simple card look nice.

I cut the flower from one of my Cricut cartridges!  Of course it has to have some bling!
