Lovely as a Tree Christmas Card

Here's another Christmas card I was able to do today! Saw this on Pinterest and made it with what I had.  Hope you like it!  Used Lovely as a Tree and Many Merry Messages stamp sets which I believe are retired from SU.  I used CTMH New England Ivy, Fern and Ruby inks. Added Nuvo glitter accents to the trees.  Found some old ribbon and silver trim tape.

Winter Skies Christmas Card

Here's another Christmas card I had a chance to make today!  Stamp Set is from Lawn Fawn called Winter Skies.  Has matching dies to make cutting the images out easier!  Found an example they made and here is my version.  Did some blending of colors for the background which I need to practice more but I think this looks good.  Tried the new Snow marker I got from our local craft store for the white dots.  Hope you like it!

Only 12 more to go!

Gina K Wreath Builder Christmas Card

Used the Gina K Designs Holiday Wreath Builder to make my next Christmas card.  I  had it for a while and just now got to play with it!  Takes time and a stamp platform but love how it looks!  Used CTMH New England Ivy; Clover and Candy Apple ink.  CTMH Gold Shimmer Trim for some bling and ribbon bow to finish it off.

Christmas Cards 2019

Started my Christmas cards since I have 34 to do!  May not sound a lot to you all but for me it is.  I usually don't do multiples of the same design. So doing 34 different types can be a challenge.  Here are a few I have saw on Pinterest and changed it up!

Hope you like them!

Thankful!

Found 3D Toppers at our local craft store and decided to mix it with some of our mint cardstock and white ribbon colored with a ShinHan marker.  They have a  variety of designs, these are called Flowers in Cup.  It's hard to tell from the picture but I embossed both the white and mint mats with the quilted embossing folder from SU.  Used also the sentiment from our February Special called Love Blossoms.

Center Step Fold Card

Worked on another Easter Card and discovered how to do a center step fold card.  Used our new stamp set C1766 Easter Sunday

Used a retired paper pack that I love, retired green shimmer trim, along with some vellum and Heather Cardstock.  Embossed using the Ranger Snow Embossing Powder.  Also in our clearance section I used the Pear Fundamental Assortment which is where I got the bow and heart for the inside.  I really like how it turned out.

Happy St. Pat's Day

Our local club likes at least one Patty's Day card so I searched Cricut since I didn't have any shamrock stamps and I only have an old stamp set from CardzTV with an Irish saying and sentiment but no shamrocks.  I know you can make hearts into one but I don't have a steady hand to stamp any so Cricut to the rescue!

I also used an old embossing folder from Anna Griffin. Paper came from CTMH called Emerald and I really think it goes perfect for St. Patrick's Day!.  I had misc green gems from my stash and I used the spots embossing folder for the hearts over the shamrock!    I also used the matching CTMH Emerald ink for stamping and inking the edges.

Koala Birthday!

Found a discontinued set I never used and Thin Cut and created a birthday card inspired by SimonSaysStamps.  I have to give credit where credit is due!  There are such great designers out there, I could never compete with!  Some home made enamel dots and I used sage cardstock and pattern paper from So Much Happy Paper Packet from CTMH.  I used sage cardstock for the leaves and then sponged Peeled Paint Oxide ink over it!  Added our Black shimmer brush to the eyes and nose for some bling.  Always have to have some bling!

I really like how it turned out!  I also used a white gelly pen to highlight some of the black lines on the koala.
