Butterfly Birthday Card

Had some time today and decided to do another birthday card!  I love butterflies so I used my Sizzix stamp and die set.  Also found some 1 1/2 inch squares when de-cluttering my scrap room that I had for a long time.  Instead of throwing them out I decided this would be good for a card.  I was either going to use it or lose it!  Sometimes there is just too much stuff!  Also embossed two thirds of the card with an Anna Griffin Olivia Lace Cuttlebug folder.
Let me know what you think!

Redo of the Halloween Scrapbook Layout for our Paper Arts Club

Redo of the Halloween Scrapbook page layout for the club here in our community.  I like this one better and it is one that can be duplicated if anyone wanted to with stickers or die cuts.  The one I did earlier used the Cricut machine which not everyone has one.
Let me know what you think!

Dutch Fold Card Technique

Did another Dutch Fold Card for our local Paper Arts Club techniques class which is starting back up next month!  Really excited, miss getting together!

Still trying to get the hang of taking pictures of my projects.  I am going to have to make a backdrop to get better pictures.

Used my Cricut Mini Monsters Cartridge to cut out  this cute little monster.  Stamp sets used are from CardzTv stamp sets Trick or Treat and More Spooky Sayings.  7mm wiggle eyes  are from Walmart.  White Daisy Cardstock from CTMH, the rest of the paper was from my stash.

By the way my new Cricut cartridge should be arriving tomorrow...so excited!!!

Halloween Scrapbook Layout

Sorry I haven't posted in a while!  Been traveling and reorganizing my craft room.  Finally went to IKEA and got a table and two drawer units.  Need to go back and get two more wider drawer units!  It is coming together slowly!  Will post pictures when finally done.

Now I need to get ready for our Paper Arts Club to start back up in October.  I have some cards ready to go but I need to plan a scrapbook layout for Halloween.  We are thinking of one week doing cards; one week doing a scrapbook layout and 3rd week learning a new technique.  Here is the layout I have prepared with the help of  the Close to my Heart Artbooking Cricut Cartridge!  I revised it a little because I was not thrilled of how it was turning out.  It may have been the colors I was choosing but now I think I got it!

Here is the page from the booklet:

Here is what I have done:

Materials used:  CTMH Slate CardstockCTMH Black Cardstock, Other Cardstock I had in my stash!
