Fall Cards

Found a slim line style card base in my stash so I decided to make a fall card using a retired leaf thin cut and distress oxide ink I had.  I made my own color paper to cut the leaves from with the distress oxide inks which I love doing. The second card I used a new stamp and die set I got from Scrapbook.com called Gnome for Thanksgiving by Photo Play Paper. I love gnomes. My coloring still needs work but I think it still turned out alright! Used the Stitched Rectangle frames thin cuts. Not sure where the banner die came from but the circle stitched die is from My Creative Time, not sure if it is still available.

Hope these inspired you to get crafting!  It can be relaxing and fun!  Let your imagination go wild!

Don't forget our annual catalog expires the end of the month! The new annual catalog is fantastic! But if there is anything you wanted from the current one, you need to get it soon! So check out my store to view the catalog!

So here are my cards!  On the green tree, I used Nuvo Crystal drops for some glitter but it is hard to see!  Some retired CTMH Oh What Fun paper I think makes a cute simple card!  Who says you can't use retired supplies!

Christmas in August

Well, the work continues! More Christmas cards done.  Used some retired papers and embellishments! Trying to use my stash up.  It will take me years, and I bet I am not alone!  Not sure where I got the poinsettia die from but I think it goes well with the CTMH papers and embellishments.  The second card used Oh What fun Papers and stamps.  Not the traditional colors but it certainly will brighten the occasion.

Hope this inspires you to start your cards!  Christmas will be here before you know it!

SO here you go!

Used some embossing powder, shimmer paper, cricut, multi square window die. I think they turned out really well!  The penguin card is for my sister-in-law! She is a Pittsburgh Penguins fan!  Let me know what you think!
