Well, the last entry for 2022 for Craft Roulette! If you have not tried Craft Roulette you need to try in 2023. It is lots of fun! The parameters this last week is Joy fold card, fall colors, smile or smiles and ombre. Here is my entry:

The ombre effect did not turn out to well but I think it will pass!

Valentine Card!

Time to move on from Christmas Cards! Get a head start on your Valentine Cards!

Take a look at what I came up with using an old kit called Smitten and a stamp set called Floating by , which is still available.CC9225. 

We do have a new  collection called Now & Forever. I have not received mine yet! Certainly can adapt my card to the new collection!

Craft Roulette #141

It has been awhile since I posted! Life gets busy!

Here is my entry for Craft Roulette #141

Parameters were A2 card, blue, green plus one color, from a tree and corner! I had a stamp set I have not used and I think it fit perfectly!

I love cherry blossoms and it certainly fit the from a tree parameter. Blue background with green sentiment and plus one color is pink. The sentiment is placed in the corner.

Christmas Cards in abundance!

I have been busy working on more Christmas cards. You can't say I am a purist when it comes to stamping companies. I buy what I like even though I am a CTMH consultant. I love it all! Here is what I have been working on!

Paper used for ALL the cards is from Stampin' Up called Snowflake Splendor DSP.

On the left, I found a pre-printed sentiment from an unknown kit but it fit perfectly with this card. The snowman is a 3d pop up image bought at a local store. Accented with silver glitter gems from CTMH.

On the right is the same paper and I used Snowman Season stamp set from Stampin' Up and gems were from GinaK called Disco Ball.

Floral Snowflakes from CTMH is the stamp set I used for the snowflake. I embossed it with silver powder and the accent gems are Blue Bell Glitter Gems from CTMH. Sentiment came from the retired set called Just to Say D1629.

Same stamp set but embossed using CTMH White Daisy Pigment ink and white embossing powder. Then I used a blending brush and went over the snowflake with Bluebird Ink. Gold Glitter gems for the accents.

Craft Roulette #132 Christmas card

Not traditional colors for a Christmas card, but I am trying to make my holiday cards using the parameters from Craft Roulette if at all possible. The parameters this week were Slimline card, purple plus orange plus 1 more color, element was sack and random was gems or sequins. Like I said not your usual colors but I really like how it turned out! Check it out!

I used the NEW Festive Slimline Border Embossing Folder from CTMH. Distressed with a sanding tool to show the white core of the Pine Cardstock. The stamp set used for the stockings (sacks) is from SU called A Merry Hello. Not sure if it is still available. Had to fussy cut them out and popped them up along the purple cord I had in my stash! Some purple and orange gems from my stash!

Christmas Card using my Stash of Unused Stamp Sets

Using another Christmas stamp set I had and never used.  GinaK Playful Penguins and snowflake cover plate. Tree was from Stampin' Up Snow Wonder and the Lagoon and White Daisy Cardstock and Lagoon and Black ink from Close to my Heart. Dark Red, Aqua Blue, Burnt Orange Tri-Blend and Black Markers for the coloring.

Christmas Card

Went through my stash to start making more holiday cards. This one is made using a retired stamp and die set from Stampin' Up called Poinsettia Petals. Saw something similar on Pinterest and this is my version.

I fussy cut the poinsettias from the matching paper pack and used the dies for the berry stems and leaves using CTMH New England Ivy which is retired and CTMH Expresso Cardstock. The flock paper is called Plush Poinsettia and the gold label is from Expressions in Ink Ephemera Pack. The sentiment came from a retired Cricut coordinating stamp set called Holiday Tags. I popped that up with 3D dimensional  tape. 

I told you I was using from my stash. Hope this encourages you to go through your stash. You can get great some ideas from Pinterest.

My goal is to make at least one card from every set I own. We shall see how that goes!

Craft Roulette #131 last Halloween Card

The latest Craft Roulette Challenge #131. Parameters were tag with pocket, (Team) colors plus 2, lights and black & white image. Team colors is an inside claim on Craft Roulette. Some people prefer orange and some purple. Those are the top colors. Others like rainbow colors, blue and so on. I am partial to Team Purple but this card lead me to Team Orange. My plus 2 colors are purple and green. The B&W image is the ghost and the pattern paper used for the pocket. Lights are behind the ghost.

So now all my Halloween cards are done. Will move on to thanksgiving. Don't forget to check my store for your holiday papers and stamps! We have some great ones!

Craft Roulette #130

Wow, what a challenge this weeks card turned out to be! Fancy fold, dusty hues, starts with D and pennants. Here is what I made!

I fussy cut the poinsettias out from some SU paper I had in my stash and the pennants were from CTMH Pennant Banner Alphabet Stamp and Thin-Cuts. The D parameter is the enamel dots on the banner. I used Shortbread cardstock and the Green paper pattern paper is from Four Seasons- Winter Paper from the Core catalog. Oh, I did a Z fold card. Craft Roulette #129

Hope you all could join us for this weeks Craft Roulette. The parameters this week were inside/outside, any colors, critters and 4 squares. So here is what I came up with.

I used the new Seasonal Haul Stamp and Thin Cuts Z4655 and the critters came from retired sets but you can use any critters you may have on hand. I used Clover and Candy Apple Cardstock and pattern paper was from my stash but I should have used on newest paper Four Seasons Winter Paper Packet from our main catalog but I didn't have it yet. My coloring still needs work but if you don't succeed the first time, try try again! LOL! So I managed another holiday card using these parameters. Card four of 35 done! Yay!

Craft Roulette #128 Thanksgiving Card

Another submission for Craft Roulette. I was able to make a Thanksgiving card with the parameters.

A2 card with Sunflower field colors with one unusual color and something that makes you happy.

This is what I came up with. One more holiday card done!

I used Pumpkin Spice Bulk Paper which is on sale! You also could use the current Crisp Air Paper pack . The die I used is called Multi Square Windows Die and just cut one section out for the sentiment! The stamp set is a retired Constant Campaign stamp but any mini stamp set could work. The squares are 1" in size.

Craft Roulette #127

Once again I attempted Craft Roulette on Friday. Parameters this week where card with pattern paper, paper strips, winter colors and pretend. Well I chose my gnome stamp with antlers and made a Christmas card. My pattern paper was also my strips and winter colors were easy using,red,green and blue. My gnome is pretending to be a reindeer.

Craft Roulette #126

My entry for Craft Roulette #126. The parameters were kids card; monochromatic colors; coffee or tea and grid lines. I chose purple for my color. I used grid paper for my first mat on at A2 card. Ice tea in the glass the robot is holding. What's more fun then robots! I used the New robot stamp set called Beep Boop Beep Boop Z8034 from the July- September 2022 Catalog. So check it out before it is gone!

This one was a challenge for me but I think I pulled it off!

My entry for Craft Roulette #125. Parameters were 6x6 card; Purple plus 2 colors; photo and folded corner. It just spoke Halloween to me.
 

I used retired product but the name of the game is to use what you have and follow the paraments.

Crisp Air Cardmaking Workshop Kit Thank you Card

Made a Thank you card using the Crisp Air Cardmaking Workshop Kit G1262

I am in love with this kit but I love autumn so what's new! LOL! 

Love how it turned out. The kit has the papers and stamp and dies with the gems and card & envelopes. You just need your ink and adhesive and alcohol markers. I used the Tri-blend markers. The cardstock used for this card are Shortbread; Pine and White Daisy. Shortbread and Pine are our newest colors from our 2022-2023 core catalog.

I am not great at coloring but I think it turned out pretty well!
