Simple, Fast 5 minute card

I don't want to take credit for this idea but I had to share!  I saw this idea from another blog, can't find it now.  If you are into pocket scrapbooking, here is another idea how to use the cards that typically come in sets that are sold like Project Life or what CTMH calls Picture My Life™.   This card came from the Picture My Life™ Chalk It Up Scrapbooking Program Item Number: Z2018.   It was really quick!  I just had to trim the card and place on Colonial White cardstock base, add a few embellishments and wow...you have an instant card!

Card Swap #3

Call me crazy but I am attempting a third card using the CTMH ShinHan Alcohol Markers!  I am not very good at coloring at all but I gave it a try.  Wore my ShinHan Colorless blender marker out.. Every flower turned out different than my sample, I guess that is expected.  I have no idea why I keep doing time consuming cards for the swap..call me crazy..oh..I said that already!!! LOL!!!  It is hard to tell but the flower is cut out and popped up on the front.  Yes, I need to cut 20 flowers out! Yikes......This is definitely the last card I am making.  I have 3 cards (20 each) so a total of 60 cards almost ready!  Wish me luck!

Finally finished my first card for the swap at the CTMH Convention.  Only made 20 but its a start!  I have started another and wanted bright colors this time.  Using the Workshop On The Go Blossom Cardmaking Kit,  I did my own version using some of the ideas provided.

Card for Swap at the CTMH Convention

I found out a few days ago, at the CTMH Convention  in July, they have a card exchange for who wants to participate.  You can exchange cards with people you meet and get new ideas!  I don't know how many I will get done between now and then but I have started doing just 20 of one design.  I will need more than 20 but its a start.  I don't know why I picked a time consuming idea to make duplicates of but I love the sunburst technique and also wanted to do a masculine card.  I am thinking of putting a strip of matching paper inside the card at the bottom but not sure yet.  I used the Jackson Paper Packet X7195B for the color scheme.

Card using Workshop on the Go Blossom Cardmaking Kit

Got a chance to play in my craft room today, using the Workshop On The Go Blossom Cardmaking Kit.  I took some of one idea and some of another and here is what I came up with.  I just love the popsicle stamp.  At least I think it is a popsicle! The stamp set that comes with this kit is so cute.  I had a few inking mistakes but I think it still turned out ok.  Let me know what you think!

Disney Notebook

I found a notebook I had for years,didn't know what to do with it,so I decided to decorate it up Disney style for the CTMH convention in Anaheim.  I will use this to take notes and later will add a few pictures to remember the convention.  I guess there was a reason I held onto it!  Let me know what you think!

 Trying to get back into the crafting groove.  I attempted a card using the Stamp of the Month: Ice Cream Dream.  I used an example of a card my friend, Pat Walsh did with layering. Not sure if I like the color combination but I wanted it to be colorful and bright.  Not sure if I like the sequins or not.
